Invalid shipping address message when attempting to use apply pay

How do you fix this error? I’m unable to use Apple Pay because of this. I’ve gone into my Apple wallet and made sure address is correct as well as changed the state from “NY” to “New York”; that did not work. Please advise as this is affecting every online purchase I am attempting to make using my phone.
