Apple ID Balance

I bought a sound track for my daughter last night. I have a balance in my Apple ID account of more than enough to cover the cost, and it says that it will use that balance first before charging my card. However, none of the balance was used and they charged the full amount to my credit card.


How do I fix this.

If your balance is correct and up-to-date contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
