No, it's a subscription, all you can do is gift an equivalent amount for the person to then subscribe to it.

Apple is really missing an opportunity. Gifting magazine subscriptions has alway been great way to give a valued gift. It’s too bad that the best magazine subscription service doesn’t allow it.
