icloud locked

i have Iphone 6 from 4 years ago

i bought it from man in another country, he used it till 6 months

now i reset this Iphone but it locked by icloud id

i want solution for this problem

how can i remove this block fro icloud ??

Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund.
