Can't receive a call from my wife's phone
My wife can call everyone except me. When she calls me it goes straight to voicemail. I don't have her blocked. I have restarted my phone and I still can not receive her calls.

If I understand correctly, you are not able to receive calls from only one person. There are a couple things you can try that may be able to help. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.
"Check your iPhone settings
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off. Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off.
- Check your Do Not Disturb settings. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's off.
- Check for any blocked phone numbers. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification.
- See if Call Forwarding is turned on. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and make sure it's off."
