So I have the issue of too many password attempts however when I hold the power button down to pull up the power off options the watch just restarts and does not give me the options suggested in the other posts about this issue... So not sure what to do, how do I fix the issue?

My watch does not give me the option to erase all content when I hold down the power button. It just keep rebooting... I think something is wrong with the watch.
