iPhone 5s cannot be activated
i have a device iphone 5s , i could not activate either by itunes or any other way . . kindly help me to activate my device . . .

This article has steps that can help your activate the iPhone: If you can't activate your iPhone. The article has a couple of other links inside it involving the SIM card and Activation Lock. Both can affect iPhone activation.
If this isn't what is preventing the activation, try iTunes again and be sure you have the most recent version installed: Update to the latest version of iTunes.
