I have my contacts on all devices backed up to iCloud. However when I delete and address and add a new one, it changes it back to the old one. I cannot find how to edit iCloud contacts. I have read the directions, clicked on link but don’t see anywhere that I can edit contacts.

Web-only iCloud accounts are limited to 1GB of storage. You need an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac to access the full set of iCloud features and upgrade your storage.
