I have been trying to redeem a digital code and it’s not working!

I have been trying to redeem a digital code for an hour, I feel stupid.

Three easy steps,

go to iTunes.com/redeem
select a used camera to capture the code or enter manual
enjoy your movie immediately. It’s not working!

I have a code for a movie that I purchased but there is no where to enter it to redeem. I purchased a movie that came with a digital code but there is nowhere to enter it. I do not have any Apple equipment.
