I have an iPad that my children has disabled. The screens tells me the iPad is disabled and to connect it to iTunes. When I connected the iPad to iTunes, I received a message that said, iTunes is not able to connect to the iPad because it is locked and the passcode has to be used. I am not able to enter the passcode so what should/can I do?
