i have a problem with my iPhone 7 about my network, there is no signal and just network error. i had updated my software to 12.4 and calling apple support and still couldn't fix it. and i have changed my simcard to another iphone and my simcard is working. i was thought this problem from the iphone. have you guys facing this case? i need your advices, i was confused how to solve this case.

i did, but still not working. there is exclamation mark inside the triangle and no service. i have contacted the apple service they were suggested to go to ibox. have you facing these case?
i have updated my software. when i pressed cellular in general setting there is no option inside it.
