disabled iphone

okay so my phone is disabled and says to connect to itunes which I tried my plugging into a macbook but it doesn't pop up I think my device us to be unlocked for it to connect, so that didn't work so I went to icloud then to find my iphone and I was gonna erase it from there, but it says it has to be connected to wifi, my phone is not connected to wifi so I'm not sure what to do ? help!!
