My warranty started on 25/05/19 So now I cannot buy

You can try to acquire a 3rd party warranty. But the window for the extension through Apple is now over.

Use the internet to find companies that offer it. Many do not do for for phones past 60 days. Are you in the US?

I'm not sure Apple offers AppleCare + there, you can check with Apple and if they only offer standard AppleCare you may qualify.
You'll have to search for companies in your country that offer that service. Use Google or search engine to find them.
