Notes restore
So I stopped my notes from iCloud so that my family wasn’t getting my notes and I accidentally clicked to delete all notes so I lost all of my notes, and don’t know how to get them back!

Have you checked the Notes app for a Recently Deleted folder? Since you were syncing Notes with iCloud, they may still be at iCloud.com/Notes. Check there using a computer browser.
