What happened to my apps? I want to manage a subscription (actually, cancel it) and cannot find them in my library. How do I prevent the app or ITunes app store from automatically billing my credit card. Very frustrating.

If you mean the App library in iTunes on your computer, that was removed since iTunes 12.7.
However subscriptions have always been managed directly through your Apple ID, not the App itself.
