iBooks on iCloud

Having today set up iBooks to hold my collection on iCloud, I see it has a collection of three books on my iMac, but only two of them on my MacBookAir. Should iBooks not be synching holdings across the different devices which share the same Apple ID? I have not found an app for iBooks on my iPhone, so I do not know if my question is applicable to phones.

Books Option for sync in iCloud Missing in Ventura Hi Team, I have downloaded epubs and have created scanned pdfs of my books in multiple Apple devices names my iPad Pro 2018, iPhone and on my iMac over several years. I need to download and sync all of my books in all my devices every time to be upto date. I had earlier synced my devices using the Finder -> devices -> sync books option for my connected devices and also in iCloud sync books option used to be present. Currently I don't see a sync option for Books in iCloud. Is this Books option deprecated or did apple feel none are using lets disable it, perhaps. Or is there an alternate way to make sure the sync is done automatically.

Books not syncing across iCloud My books are not syncing across iCloud. My guess is that it's an Apple ID issue. In particular I put a non-DRM eBook on my Mojave Book and it won't show on my iPad. For historic reasons (long ago things worked this way) I have an Apple ID for purchases and a different Apple ID for iCloud. Per Apple recommendations our Family Sharing group includes the Purchase Apple ID. On both my Mojave MacBook and my iOS 14.4 iPad the Apple ID for purchases and iCloud are in use. Any clues on fixing the sync issue? In preferences I have Book configured to sync collections and the like.

Books NOT Syncing Between macOS and iOS Both my iMac (macOS 15.1) and iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 15.6.1) are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud syncing is enabled for Books. Unfortunately, when I download a new ePub and add it to Books (and a Collection within Books) on my iMac, the Book does NOT appear on my iPhone even a week later. What should I do to troubleshoot syncing Books from my iMac to my iPhone?
