phone calls

We keep getting phone calls claiming to be from Apple Support concerning our ICloud account has been breached. We haven’t answered because we think it is a scam call. The number they want us to call is 518-730-1561. Please advise if this call is from Apple.

Thanks

George Provost

It is not from Apple. They do not make unsolicited calls. It is a scam. Also, the phone number displayed is easily spoofed and is rarely the number actually originating a scam call.
