I got my iPod from a friend, I accidently deactivated his iCloud account and asked them to reactivate it so I can get into my iPod. They are being stubborn and keep telling me to send it to apple. Is apple able to remove the account from my iPod?

Having your friend turn off the Activation lock by removing their account is the only way you will be able to use the iPod.
Hello, this person claims that he is unable to reset his apple id, and i can't convince him otherwise. I am getting annoyed very quickly. Is getting him to do it the only was i can get access to my iPod? If so, how do i get him to do it?
