i have an apple series 3 but it looses battery really quickly. Am I doing something wrong

Make sure your iPhone and watch have the latest updates (IOS 12.4 iPhone & OS 5.3 Watch). If so, reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
