First step is to restart your phone as described in this link-->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You need to ask WhatsApp suppot team for clarifications. That's not an iPhone issue.

As a matter of fact it is sir because it happens to other apps as well such as facebook messanger, viber, instagram etc. However this problem does not occur if i use another device.

Well, except for viber the apps you mention (Whatsapp, facebook messenger, instagram) are owned by Facebook.
