Yes you can download free Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint as long as there’s no price tag only GET button in App Store, they are FREE but there’s in apps purchases, this you have to be careful.

Also, if previously you already bought Microsoft Office, you can log in using your Microsoft account.
