windows 10 black screen 😭
i installed windows 10 on my 2019 macbook pro 13, and it go stuck on a black screen with a cusor

The first one is an entry in your internal disk's EFI partition. The second one is the OSXRESERVED partition on your internal disk. In macOS, run BC Assistant, and click on Remove/Restore and check that both have been removed.
Run SMC and NVRAM Reset, and use the W10 1803 ISO to try and install W10.
Your issues seem to be environmental. If it fails, from macOS Terminal, post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list

I just bought the system 7 hours ago and I tried to install windows with the Normal bootcamp way... and that is what I was welcomed with
