Try Safari/Preferences/Websites/Pop-up Windows.

On Safari 13.0.4 - NO POP UP BLOCKER setting in the Security Preference. I do not have pop up settings in Security on Safari 13.0.4. I only have "Fraudulent Sites" and "Web Content" options. Where is my BLOCK or ALLOW POP UPS? I have pop ups coming on screen now and I want to stop them but I cannot find the POP UP Blocker where it used to be.

Blocking unwanted ads in safari i have the pop up/ad blocker on but continue to get pop ups from Rogers suggesting that I can win something and it kicks me out of other searches. How can I get rid of this?
