I can't activate my iPhone

I bought my friend's iPhone 7, and i can't activate it for some reason..

i have tried alot of things already, and it doesnt seem to work.. please help me i am so frustrated

Tell (or ask) them to flow the steps in the link above.

Give the device back to the person you bought it and ask them to properly prepare it for reuse.

It is locked to Find My Phone and without their help you can't use it.

I dont think it is broken idk, but how can my friend take off activation? I have talked to my friend, but she didnt find the iPhone 7 on the ''Find my iPhone''

The Activation Lock that QuickTimeKirk is referring to is a different message - and might still be part of your problem.
