I have MacBook air 2014 running OS X high sierra 10.13.4. intel i5. In last 5 year normal browsing use today first time when I turnon laptop and open safari ,message of having 3 viruses is showing on the screen. What problem is this. Tomorrow I tried a lot to watch some new released movies on various unknown sites.

Download and run MalwareBytes. It will help you check whether you really do have some malware or whether those messages were just fake.
But this message is not showing on that sites, it is flashing on main safari page every time when i am turning my laptop today.
Force quite Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.
