You need a computer running iTunes latest version, then follow the steps provided in this support guide:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
