What cellular provider do you have? Go to the store and tell them you want all your SIM Cards frozen. Then ask them for a new one that isn’t frozen. Tell them it isn’t because you have been scammed into giving your SIM Card to someone else.

Talk to your carrier to get a new phone number. You can't remove it from their account if you can't access the account.
