** Do I have 2 DISKS in my MacBookPro??

I tried 10.15 beta & it was too slow. SO I created a Mojava USB boot.

To have a clean install I went into Disk utility and under what I THOUGHT was the HD's official odd name

there was -2- drives listed on EQUAL level. "Macintosh HD" = 1TB and "Macintosh HD-DATA"= 1TB.

I'm NOT talking about partitions NOR a 1TB HD with a partition setup to look like a HD.

Both showed different amounts of USED space, Available, & each capacity was 1TB

Note: I bought this as a 1TB Laptop.

SO, I erased 1 hoping to edit/increase the other up to 2TB, but it wouldn't.

I'm thinking the 2nd was the recovery drive or partition, but where did that space go??

Is there a place I can see everything drive related ?

AHH .. I see.. I just googled "Why APFS shows 2 drives" ... seems there's a well known bug with it showing a "ghost drive".

Thank you for your info !
