I want to activate my iPhone that i buy from sale... I think its icloud lock.. Please help

If it's locked to the previous owner's account contact the person you bought it from - only the person whose account it's locked to can potentially help you, Apple won't remove activation lock from second-hand devices (nor will they help you find the person whose account it's locked to).
