Strange icon appears after iphone restart

After restarting Iphone 5S (version 11.3.1) this icon appears next to my apps. Anyone knows whats is it?

Seems its DHGATE application, which I installed months ago. I tried to install it again , then uninstalled it , the problem was solved. Thanks

Did you tried another restart? Can you uninstall this app? Do you see this app in settings?

Yes, I can uninstall it, but after turning iphone off and then turning on I see it on my screen. I See it in app settings, too. :(
