I have a text on my original video & I want to hide it, I tried crop but I couldn't crop vertically, it should be cropped only proportional!

also I tried to add a stamp on this area but I didn't know how to do it.

Thanks

Select your clip in the Project Media browser screen.

Then click on the crop icon in the tool bar at the upper right of your screen. A little crop box will appear to the left.

Click on the crop box. That will cause a crop adjustment rectangle to appear in the preview screen that displays the clip.

You can adjust the rectangle to any dimension that you want -- drag from the corners or sides. Then hit the return button. Everything outside of the rectangle will be cropped out. In other words, the rectangle outlines what you want to keep.

Regarding adding a stamp, I assume that you mean some kind of logo. You can do that with the Picture in Picture feature. Put your logo above the clip in which you want to insert it. Select the logo. Click on the Picture in Picture icon (the overlapping squares) in the tool bar at the upper right of your screen. Adjust the size and position of your logo in the Preview screen. Then click on the blue reset button to the right (the one with the check mark in it) to apply your settings.
