Yellow near battery, not low battery mode

I know what it means to be in low battery mode, so this is not it. Why is there a yellow square near my battery icon?

Try force restart if you haven't.

If the issue persists, try to change the wallpaper and see how it goes.

After seeing your suggestion I restarted my phone. Didn’t help. I also noticed that the yellow square is only showing on my home screen, not in various apps that I open.
