Still looking for a way to attach pictures instead as an embedded picture in IOS 12 mail. My iPhone Max Xs or X will always embed them. My work phone is an iPhone 7. It's running IOS 12 and does not embed the pictures but rather sends them as an attachment so I know there is away to do it. I just can't find it. So please don't tell me it can't be done in Mail...

It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. I would be glad to see an attached picture in an email on iOS.
