My help in re-entering WhatsApp and backing up your icloud data

WhatsApp I uninstalled and reinstalled Now what to do for the back up only shows the icloud and eternity option and no changes ahead. Please help

After installing the Whats App again it will ask you if you want to restore from the backup, you need to install it using the same iCloud account has the backup.
