We can't help you unlock your very old device. You need the ID and password of the last user.
yes I try it on this link but not postive reponce on this link when i made this I.D apple company give the some difrent suggestion i.d with difrent name then i chose one name and am not wrote this i.d on my diary so plz any doby tell me what can i do
