Bluetooth device cannot be removed

Hi,

I have a connection with bluetooth that I don't recognize and I cannot remove, nor switch off. What could this be?

What's the connection name?

Have you tried to tap on the "i" on blue circle at right, then tap on "forget this device"?

What happens when you try?
