iTunes account is blocking

My iCloud storage is full and I want to increase it, but when I try to make a purchase, my iTumes account is blocked. Or when I want to update the application in the App Store, I can’t do it because the account is blocked

As indicated in the message in your screenshot, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
