Restore to my new I phone

Dear,

my my I phone was stolen from me last week while I was in a vocation... when I came back I bought another I phone I max 256 and I am trying to restore all my data from the I phone that was stolen from me but till now I can’t ... can anyone help me??

What I meant was , that my new I phone is not restoring the old data from the old one to the new one as : pictures, app(insta,facebook,WhatsApp)
