i brought a iphone 7 plus second hand but when i went to set it up it said i need the person details whos it was before
how do I get the person details so they can turn off find my phone

It is Activation Locked. Until you get the information from the original owner who locked there is no way anyone here or at Apple is going to help you release the lock.
Apple will not provide any personal details on the owner to you.
