Cleaning iwatch

My iwatch has hairspray stuck to the front of it and the back from sweat, it’s just dirty. Directions say to just clean with water, but it’s not helping. Can’t I use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol? It’s the one that came out last year, it is water proof

I’ve read apple’s guidelines for cleaning an Apple Watch - How to clean your Apple Watch - Apple Support In the first section, it states “Avoid getting moisture in any openings, and don’t submerge your Apple Watch in any cleaning agents.” In a latter section, the support article states, “If your Apple Watch has substances or debris visible in places such as the speaker ports, you can hold your Apple Watch under lightly running, warm, fresh water until it's clean.” Does the latter section mean I can rinse the unit under lightly running, warm, fresh water safely? If so, why does the first section say to avoid getting moisture in any openings? Do they mean moisture from cleaning agents? What openings might they be referring to?

Dry out Watch SE Watch SE died during a swim. It won't power on or charge; seems completely dead. Wonder if the seals leaked. Any way to dry it out?

Apple watch screen The screen of my apple watch series 3 has a little SCRATCH but not CRACK on the screen.....and is working perfectly fine but, is my iwatch’s water resistance still ACTIVE?
