iTunes 12.9.2

Flashing sign in screen that won't go away. This is not the first time or version of iTunes this has happened with. Annoying. None of the fixes work.

Are you encountering an error message when signing in to iTunes? If so, what does it say? Alternatively, if you’re being repeatedly prompted to sign in by iTunes see this resource for assistance:

If you aren't encountering an error after signing in to iTunes, I suggest seeing if you can replace the issue while the Mac has been restarted in safe mode:

Testing with another user account can also help rule out potential user-related files or settings causes. If you don't have another user account, here's how you can create one for testing:
