How can I restore an iPad that does not have an internet connection??

Well now, if you had said that from the beginning it would have helped.


You use this link to erase your iPad using your home computer and iTunes: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


If you don't have a computer, borrow a friends computer or schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for assistance. You MUST know your Apple ID and Password, so make sure you know it.

Restore it using iTunes on your home computer: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support


If you don't have a computer with access to the internet, you can't restore it.


Is there more to this story? Where did the iPad come from? Are you the original owner of the iPad? Why do you need to restore it? Did you forget your 4 or 6 digit passcode?
