To Unpair/Reset an Apple Watch, hold down the side button on the Watch and when the power slider shows, firmly press on the screen until you see the option to ‘Erase all content and settings’, click this button to reset the Apple Watch. Alternatively, open the ‘Watch’ app on your iPhone, under the ‘My Watch’ tab (at the bottom) click on the Apple Watch you want/need to unpair. Next click on the (i) button next to your watch then click on ‘Unpair Apple Watch’ and confirm. This will reset the Apple Watch allowing you to re-setup your Watch as a new device or from an iCloud backup if you have one.
