My IPad Pro’s Apple Pencil is not working cuz it was recently dipped in water by my cousin accidentally, i can charge the pencil just fine but when i try to use it on my ipad it does not work at all :(

Water and electronics do not mix well, at all.
The inside of the Pencil tip has an electronic sensor that is protected by the hollow plastic Pencil tip.
If water got inside there ( very easily to do ), the sensor may have been shorted and the Pencil now non-functioning and defective, now.
Maybe time to get another Apple Pencil.
Keep all electronics away from all sources of liquids.
