Unable to connect to mobile network

My wife's iPhone 8 Plus has suddenly stopped connecting to mobile network. We have tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works. It is not a SIM or carrier issue as we have transferred the SIM to another device and it works just fine. It connects to all other wireless networks just not mobile.

If your carrier has their own store nearby, you may want to try stopping by one of their locations for further help.
