I tried every purchase method and I cannot purchase on the app DB legends.
They told me that your purchase could not be completed and told me to contact the support in here in I tunes.
On the app the Error code is Ap207000.

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
