I'm having issues updating my credit card details (phone number error)

I need to update my credit card, since it expired, and this error related to my phone always pops up "Ingresa un número de teléfono válido." (Enter a valid phone number).

That's the number I've been using with Apple for ages. I've tried all combinations and symbols.
