Apple Card on multiple devices?

I just got an Apple Card and the process of getting it on my phone was easy. I carry 2 iPhones on a daily basis, my personal phone and my work phone. Due to company policy, I have to have a separate Apple ID for my work phone that is used only on that phone.

Is there a way to get my Apple Card onto my work phone and associated with my work Apple ID? And if so, how?
