Disabled itunes

Why is my iTunes disabled? Never before had this happen. Impossible to get help. What needs to get done?

We are fellow users, we won't know why your account is disabled. Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

I made an appt with Apple to call me at a certain time. They did call, however I was on hold for 7 mins and the call dropped. I stopped at the Apple store and they couldn’t help bc they were closing in 30 mins. So now what? They also said it has to be done online. My computer is a mess and I have trouble getting online. We were involved with the big fire from last November. Nothing works right.
