I tried to transfer info from old iPhone to iCloud then to new iPhone and get error message that “ this iPhone have quit working or iTunes is not installed” I can’t find the uninstall to try and reinstall iTunes
Are you talking about iTunes Store (the app that comes with your iOS)?
What happens when you try to open it?

Not the iTunes web sight that comes with it. But the iTunes that let you that lets you transfer and down load from the iCloud and website
